Founded in 2006, InGeneron is a privately held company, developing its own products for multiple markets and expanding its reach through licensing agreements.  The company was formed to innovate cell-based technologies for healthcare and life science research. Headquartered in Houston, Texas.

InGeneron operates in the US and Europe. InGeneron and its research partners have been operating in the field of stem cell research for over ten years. During this time InGeneron’s team of scientists and doctors have published more than 40 peer-reviewed publications and studies on the use of autologous adult stem cells.

Transpose® RT System

The Transpose® RT System consists of the Transpose® RT Tissue Processing Unit plus a number of other disposable components, including the pharmaceutical-grade Matrase™ enzyme blend and single use disposables that enable the isolation of regenerative cells from a patient’s own adipose tissue.

Transpose® RT Tissue Processing Unit
InGeneron’s Processing Unit, in conjunction with the products of the Transpose® RT System and the SmartGraftTM System, enable point-of-care rapid isolation of regenerative cells. It is an automated and preprogrammed processing device for the heating, agitation, and centrifugation of adipose-derived tissue. Up to four samples can be processed at the same time. Both, regenerative cells as well as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can be prepared with the Transpose® RT Processing Unit.

The Transpose® RT Processing Unit is intended to be used in a clean environment by a physician, nurse, or similarly qualified technician. The collection of the sample and the ultimate use of the resulting cells should be performed by a physician.

MatraseTM Reagent
nGeneron’s proprietary Matrase™ enzyme blend is a high purity enzymatic mixture for the release of stem cells and other regenerative cells from adipose tissue. The product is manufactured under contract by a major biopharmaceutical company under current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP) and tested by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The Matrase™ reagent is free of mammalian origin.

Transpose® RT Lipoaspirate Processing System
nGeneron’s Transpose® RT Lipoaspirate Processing System consists of sterile syringes, tubes and other disposables. It is a closed system and enables extracting the regenerative cells from lipoaspirate using the Transpose® RT Processing Unit.
